Is your waste Hazardous or non-hazardous?

We’ll provide you, completely free of charge, with a lockable wheelie bin for the safe storage of your waste. This bin will either be a 240ltr, 360ltr 770ltr or an 1100ltr based upon the usage needs of your home. For a guide of the storage capacity of each bin please see the chart below.

Next you’ll need something to put the pads into, that’s where our tiger bags come in, completely free of charge once again, please see the chart for details of how many you’ll receive on each service visit.

Now someone needs to remove the waste, that’s where we come in. Our fully trained operatives safely and discretely remove your incontinence waste from our bins with as little fuss and mess as possible. Once this is done all that is needed is for you to sign our operatives hand held PDA and the service is complete. The PDA devise automatically stores your signature and this is then uploaded wirelessly to the main central computer where the time and date is added. We then have a full history of each service completed which can be verified by the satellite tracker device fitted to each vehicle.

Lastly you’ll need a yearly waste transfer note which is yet again completely free of charge.

Once you’ve signed our customer service agreement all you’ll pay for is a set monthly fee agreed at the time of setting up your account with your Medsafe UK Ltd sales agent.
